Super Handwriting!

The Room 9 children have been practicing their handwriting and they're doing an awesome job!

They have been trying so hard lately and I can see such a difference.

Here are some photos of them doing handwriting. You can see how much they are concentrating!

Well done Room 9! You are all superstars.

Chinese Folk Dancing

A couple of weeks ago we were lucky enough to have some people come to teach us a Chinese Folk Dance!

Here are our dance teachers for the lesson.

We got given some chopsticks to dance with.

We all tried our best and we had so much fun!!

Buddy Class

Last Friday we spent some time practicing our skills with our buddy class.
Here are some photos of us throwing and catching with our buddies!

Thank you to Room 15 for always being so helpful and teaching us lots of things!

Principal's Award

Congratulations to Harry for winning a principal's award at our whole school assembly last week!

Arts Week

Last week at school we had art week so we spent a lot of time creating different kinds of art.

We did some painting of Elmer and made him all different colours.

We did some weaving.

Look how hard we are concentrating!

We also made these cool bead creations for the first time.

We had to put the tiny beads on a board and then Mrs Burge ironed them to make a cool piece of art.

What a wonderful arts week we had!

Well done to Room 9 for all their hard work last week.

Our superstars!

Last week we had a junior assembly and we had two children from our classroom receive a certificate!

Well done to Sam and Joeric who both received certificates for the amazing work they have been doing in class.

Both children have been trying extra hard and we are so proud!

Sport with Team 8

Each week we are lucky enough to do sport with Room 8.

Mrs Grant is the best and she shows us so many cool games and activities.

This week we played rob the nest and we had so much fun.

Look at the excitement on our faces!
