Making Butter

Last week Room 9 made butter in the classroom. We had so much fun and even got to taste test at the end!

We put some cream and marbles in a jar and we all had turns shaking it.

After a lot of shaking we finally had butter! We poured the buttermilk out and then it was time to taste it.

We all gave the butter a thumbs up!

Reading in the library

Every week Room 9 goes to the school library to get a new library book to take home.

We love spending time reading different books with our friends before we choose one.

Here are some photos of us reading.

Making Gruffalo's

On Thursday we went to see our buddy class. We all made our own little Gruffalo's!

It was a little tricky to cut and put together but we all managed with the help of our big buddies.

Here are some photos of us making them.

Fish pictures

Last week we talked about fish in the rocky shore. We thought we could do some art so we used vivids and crepe paper and created some cool colourful fish!

Have a look at some of us in the process of creating our fish.
